Well situated just off Queens Promenade, in the quieter North Shore area of Blackpool only a five minute tram ride from the busy town centre with all its amenities, shows and nightlife.
As a small 11 bedroomed hotel we, the owners for eight year Julie and Kevin, pride ourselves in offering you a warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
We try our utmost to achieve a high standard offering you clean and comfortable rooms, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryers. All rooms are en suite with full central heating. Prices include a full hearty English breakfast served at 09.00. We also offer a garden room to sit and watch the world go by, a sumptuous TV lounge, a large comfortable dining room and a car park.
Evening meals are available, fresh local produce is used.
Single people welcome. Monday - Friday specials

Road Directions
Take the A583 to the seafront, heading towards Blackpool Tower and keep the sea on your left. Follow this road to Gynn Island (with the Carousel) and keep on this road. Northumberland Avenue is the fifth turning off on the right hand side.
Public Transport Directions
From Blackpool North Station make your way to the seafront, then take a tram to Uncle Tom's Cabin or a taxi direct from the Station.
